Every 4th Thursday of the month join Tuolumne County Arts for Art Explorations—FREE exploratory arts & crafts workshops for trying out new materials and techniques, focused on experimenting with the art-making process. Taught by TCA's Artist in Residence Stacy Lindsey.
🕚 WHEN: 4th Thursdays, 5:30 pm – 7:00 pm
🎨 This month's activity: Layering Acrylics. In honor of Black History Month, take inspiration from famous Neo-expressionist artist Jean-Michel Basquiat as you learn to layer acrylic paints in unique ways, creating experimental compositions and effects.
No registration required, but please keep in mind that popular workshops may run out of space. There is no age restriction for this workshop, but any young children attending must be accompanied by an adult. All materials are provided.
