Kent Reeves is a local photographer, poet, and storyteller whose work documents the culture and lifestyle of the modern cowboy. Kent's show features elegant black and white 35mm prints from his personal archive, and is currently on display at Goodness Cafe's new location on Washington Street.
The Sonora Writers Group's "First Fridays in the Foothills" is a monthly poetry & prose open mic for all ages. Typically taking place at Revive Coffee, First Fridays is a popular gathering that provides poets and writers of all ages an opportunity to share their words with our community at large. The SWG invites you to bring your own poems or stories (or favorites written by other writers) to share in a welcoming and supportive space. From spirited to serious, effervescent to emotional, we look forward to hearing what you share!
